Far away from the tourist tracks, set in a beautiful park, quiet and lovely, I found the National Museum of Theatre and Dance.

Some funny sculptures welcomed be outside. I couldn’t place the anywhere but that didn’t matter. My mood mood was great and I was eager to go inside and discover the museum.

But little did I know what was going to expect me…

Marionettes, costumes used in some plays, models of Portuguese theatres, the Russian Ballet – and all missing one thing. A connection!

Read the entire story about my experience at the Museum of Theatre on my blog and join me on one of my next visits! Friday I am invited to the Geological Museum and on Saturday I planned the Water Museum – Loreto Gallery and MAAT – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology.

See you soon in a museum around Lisbon!
