This weekend we you will have the opportunity to see amazing street art popping around the city!

In Amoreiras, where Lisbon has one of it’s greatest graffiti walls of fame, there will be a Graffiti Jam. Between 5 and 6 of October, more than 20 different artists will be painting live! Not only is this place worth visiting if you’re into graffiti, but this will be a cool event if you want to see these guys in action and even eventually meet them!

Also between 3 and 7 of October, a set of 8 containers provided by Lisbon’s Port was painted by Mar, RAM, Draw, Nomen, Tamara Alves, Mesk, Caver and Third, a group of amazing Portuguese street artists. They were decorated with the SEA as inspiration, to help promote a sailing race that will take place at the Tagus river and are spread around the whole city. Maybe you can walk around and try to find them all!

Marvila is also a neighborhood worth visiting for it’s super cool street art and until the 29th of October it also has the super cool Poster exhibition, where the streets are covered with posters from a set of national and international artists. There you will be able to see original works from designers, photographers, painters and also street artists!

Also in Belém, it’s market weekend at CCB! On this big outdoor market you will be able to find season produce, crafts, antiques and all sorts of things.

In Olivais neighborhood, the O Sótão (The Attick) project is available until December, and promotes object sharing and reusing, adopting a circular economy strategy to exchange objects between people. If you need something useful, maybe it’s worth checking it out!

For all beer lovers, Lisbon will have a festival inspired by Oktoberfest at Campo Pequeno’s bull arena. The entrance is between 2€ and 5€ and it will showcase around 40 portuguese brands of beer. We may be better at doing wine, so don’t fear, there will be 20 international brands too, and street food and concerts 🙂

There’s also lots of bars and clubs with free live music, clubbing and dancing events, exhibitions, parties, markets and all the city’s amazing landscapes to enjoy night and day on this warm autumn!
